This privacy policy applies to SMS and voice communications conducted by Michael Dupree through telecommunications services provided by Twilio Inc. This site is operated by a sole proprietor providing services. References to "we" or "I" refer to the business operator.
If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS messages related to service or support inquiries you initiate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. No unsolicited marketing messages are sent.
In the course of text messaging and calling, the following information is necessarily handled by the underlying telecommunications provider (Twilio):
No mailing list, marketing platform, or audience-tracking system is operated. There is no signup form, no web tracking, and no advertising audience.
Information is used solely to deliver the messages and calls exchanged with the people I communicate with. Messages are not used for marketing, promotion, advertising, automated outreach, surveys, or third-party data sharing.
I do not sell, rent, share, or disclose any contact information or message content to third parties. Message content and metadata are processed by Twilio as the telecommunications provider, subject to Twilio's own privacy policy at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy. Information may also be disclosed if required by law (e.g., in response to a valid subpoena or court order).
Message and call records are retained only as long as needed to provide service or respond to inquiries, and otherwise according to Twilio's retention policies. No separate marketing database, CRM, or message-history archive is maintained beyond what the device and Twilio console provide.
Anyone receiving a message who no longer wishes to be contacted can reply STOP at any time, and will not be messaged again. Opt-outs are honored immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact michael@dupree.io.
These communications are not directed to or intended for children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
